1-Melt the chocolate in a bowl placed over a pan of simmering water (bain marie).
2-When melted remove the bowl, and allow it to cool down whilst you prepare the next stage.
3-With an electric mixer, beat the liquid of your chickpeas. Whisk until you have created a meringue, then add sugar and salt except for the chocolate, and whisk for another 30 seconds.
4-Now gently pour in the chocolate using a spatula and very slightly stir it, just enough to mix it.
5-Make sure chocolate is cooled down
N.B: I recommend you to put all your utensils and mixing bowl in fridge to be cooled down.
